Four -plus one- Elements, under the auspices of the Greek committee for UNESCO

We are very pleased to announce that the Four-plus one- Elements program has been placed under the auspices of the Greek Committee for UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization).
UNESCO, a specialized agency of the United Nations (UN), aims to promote world peace and security through international cooperation in education, science and culture.
The Four – plus one – Elements residency program is structured upon specifically selected locations that bear characteristic signs of historical and cultural human intervention in the landscape of Tinos island. Through actions, procedures and narratives, for the integration of the landscape itself in our perception of space, time, seasons, matter, energy and natural resources, an organized effort is made to highlight the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of the island of Tinos.
We are greatly honored to have this endeavour recognized by UNESCO.
